The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUB) moved into its new Berlin office in Stresemannstraße in June 2011. The listed building was given an overall ecological refurbishment and the six-story new build was erected in the passive house standard. Plot size: 5,389 square metres. Storey area: 16,630 square metres. Main effective area: 8,483 square metres. Workspaces: 305. Building cost: 67.4 million Euros.
